Hi all, I'm speaking from personal experience but I thought it'd be most appropriate to post my recommendation here.
Well, like most of you, I decided my New Year's resolution to be losing weight (25lbs). I signed on to one of the
Man-Diet.co.uk diet plans, the Flat Belly Diet plan. It's a 32 day plan and it incorporates MUFA's (mono-unsaturated fatty acids) into the meals, such as nuts, avocado and dark chocolate.
It starts off with a Four Day Flat Abs Kickstart, where you drink 'Fire Water' to jump start your metabolism. The meals are proper man-sized, pretty delicious and satisfying, and all the calories are calculated to suit your needs. The food is freshly cooked and conveniently packaged, ideal for a person like me, who is pretty busy and also hates shopping! Most importantly, I opted for the 'soft start option', meaning my diet plan is calculated on quite high amount of calories that will be gradually reduced, so I won't be able to notice any difference in the amount of food I eat.
